Established in 1923, St. William School is proud to celebrate a tradition of academic excellence and spiritual enrichment for 100 years. We are accepting registrations for the 2024-2025 school year!
Please keep the following age requirements in mind:

3 years old by September 1st for Pre-K 3-- Fully potty trained

4 years old by September 1st for Pre-K 4-- Fully potty trained

5 years old by September 1st for Kindergarten

6 years old by September 1st for Grade One
The following documents are required for successful registration at St. William School:

A certified/original copy of birth certificate

Current immunization record

Original sacrament certificates (if applicable)

Registration Fee $150.00
Students entering the first through eighth grades are required to:

Submit most recent report card

Submit most recent standardized test scores

Interview with the principal for admission consideration

Thank you for considering Saint William School for your children, and welcome! Enrollment for 2024-2025 is open!
Complete the admission application in its entirety and return to the school office accompanied by the non-refundable admission fee and the required records noted on the admissions checklist.
Financial Aid and Scholarships
At SWS, we are strongly committed to affordable education.
St. William School provides tuition assistance to families who want to pursue Catholic education despite budget constraints. Tuition assistance is available for families who qualify, and the award will vary based on need.
How to Apply...
All applications will be completed through the FACTS Tuition Management application form. Families are required to re-apply each year for the Tuition Assistance Program. New families may apply at any time, while returning families will be asked to apply between the months of January and April.
What scholarships are offered?
In addition to the standard financial aid offered through the school, SWS students are eligible for a wide array of scholarships. These include scholarships through the Big Shoulders Fund & Archdiocese of Chicago.
