Choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions that you will make. St. William fully understands that and wants to support your family in this process by listening to what matters to you. We are here to discuss your child's needs and provide you with all the information you need to understand how we can offer the best educational experience possible for your child.

Complete the application packet and submit application fee
The following documentation will also be needed...
◦ Child's original birth certificate
◦ Copy of baptismal certificate (if applicable)
◦ Your child's most recent report cards and standardized test scores + IEP’s developed
◦ All completed health forms found below

Register for FACTS tuition management
Every family who is registered at St. William School for the 2022-23 school year must also register at FACTS Tuition Management.

Financial Aid and Scholarships
At SWS, we are strongly committed to affordable education.
St. William School provides tuition assistance to families who want to pursue Catholic education despite budget constraints. Tuition assistance is available for families who qualify, and the award will vary based on need.
How to Apply...
All applications will be completed through the FACTS Tuition Management application form. Families are required to re-apply each year for the Tuition Assistance Program. New families may apply at any time, while returning families will be asked to apply between the months of January and April.
What scholarships are offered?
In addition to the standard financial aid offered through the school, SWS students are eligible for a wide array of scholarships. These include scholarships through the Big Shoulders Fund, Archdiocese of Chicago, and the Tax Credit Scholarship Program (available through Big Shoulders Fund and Empower Illinois).
