St. William fully understands that and wants to support your family in this process by listening to what matters to you. We are here to discuss your child's needs and provide you with all the information you need to understand how we can offer the best educational experience possible for your child.

Ready to be part of the St. William School family?
New Students
St. William School accepts new students from K-8 for the upcoming school year during priority and open admissions periods. Priority Kindergarten admission begins in the fall, while priority admissions for grades 1-8 begins mid - January, followed by open admissions to the public in early February.
Complete the student application, pay the registration fee of $150.00 and provide all necessary documentation. Child must be six years old by September 1st for first grade. This is a requirement of the Illinois Department of Education and adhered to by our school administration. Siblings already registered at St. William School are given preference.
Transfer Student Admission
St. William School offers mid-year admission to transfer students who meet the necessary requirements. You must submit a completed student admission application and academic records. Parents and student must meet with the principal for consideration. Placement testing may be required. Up-to-date immunization records must be received before student may start class. Students applying to St. William School are encouraged to shadow for a day in their prospective class.
Note for all incoming students: admission to a Catholic school is contingent upon having met all financial obligations at your previous school.

Returning Students
Parents of returning students will have an Opt Out period to notify the school if they will not be returning for the next school year. After which they will be billed the re-enrollment fee per student to their tuition account. Returning families will be notified when they must complete the online enrollment forms in FACTS.
Note: Returning student must have tuition account current.

Admission Process Summary
*Complete and submit our application packet online or pick up a packet in the main office.
* Submit all required documentation via email to info@stwilliamschool.org or drop off in the main office.
*Pay $150 registration fee in the school office, or through FACTS.
*Records will be requested from current/previous school.
* Once records are received you will be contacted by our Principal Ms. Frazzini to set up an
interview with parents and student.
*You will be notified of your acceptance status and connected to our tuition support specialist.
St. William Catholic School reviews applications individually. Our goal is to admit quality students who are passionate about engaging in our school community and who bring great personal qualities of integrity, perseverance, and leadership. Applications are accepted year-round for most grades, however, we suggest applying early to avoid being added to the wait list. Children entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before September 1st and children entering first grade must be 6 years old on or before September 1st.
HOW TO APPLY:
When you’re ready to apply, simply download the application and submit it with your $150 non-refundable registration fee. Both items are needed in order to hold your spot in the class. Once we review your application and meet with you, you will receive an admissions decision within 72 hrs. of your application submission. Following acceptance, we will need the following documents to secure enrollment:

If your child(ren) are transfers please fill out a request for school records and attach to application, in order to retrieve the student(s) records from their previous school.
