VOLUNTEERING INFO
St. William School is a community of students, educators, priests, and volunteers. Our school relies heavily on people donating their time to keep St. William School running smoothly. Our parents, clergy, parishioners, alumni, principal and teachers all volunteer – and you can too.
Opportunities like these allow us to become more familiar with the members of our community and give us the chance to show that we support our children’s education. Your volunteer service broadcasts a strong message to our students who, through your example, learn what it means to be Christian – to give back to others and to be a community. PARENT'S BOOSTER CLUB
Come and join us for a night of good conversation and new friends. Our Booster Club is the organization that supports several of our fundraisers and has lots of great times. Enjoy an evening at St. William School! It's a win-win: you can have fun meeting other parents and you will get credit for your volunteering hours at the same time. The booster club is always looking for active and enthusiastic parents to aid in our volunteering efforts such as lunchroom monitors, athletic supervisors, individual volunteers and more!
PARENT AMBASSADORS
Help us to get the word out! Our ambassadors help promote and build awareness for St. William School within the broader community. Parent ambassadors are passionate leaders who are dedicated to sharing their experiences and stories with prospective parents to help grow enrollment and keep St. William School thriving. FUNDRAISING
We put the ‘fun’ in fundraiser! There are numerous events St. William puts on throughout the year to help raise money for the school and it takes a lot of volunteers to make them all happen! For example, the Candy Sale, Santa’s Workshop, Mardi Gras, the BASH, school cleanup day, and many more! LUNCHROOM VOLUNTEERS
Being a Lunchroom Supervisor is a once-a-week full-year commitment where parents spend time with our students while our teachers take a well-deserved break for lunch. For more information, please contact Ms. Ivette Maldonado at imaldonado@stwilliamschool.org or at (773) 637-5130.
